Our recent family vacation from Rockford was made truly exceptional thanks to the Allegiant Air Rockford Office. From the moment we decided to book our trip to Florida, the staff at the Rockford office were there to assist every step of the way. We are a family of five, including two young children, so convenience and reliability are a top priority for us. The staff helped us book our tickets, select family-friendly seating, and explained all the travel policies clearly. What impressed us most was how patient and friendly they were when we needed to make a last-minute change to our itinerary. They handled it smoothly and even managed to keep our seats together without any added stress. On the day of our departure, check-in at Rockford Airport was a breeze.
