The personnel were friendly, professional, and inviting from the minute I walked into the terminal. With the agents going above and beyond to help customers with a smile, the check-in process was easy and quick. My entire experience was made considerably less stressful by a particular service member who saw that I was traveling with a little child and graciously assisted us in moving through the queue swiftly.
